Waiting periods
With the DKV Top Health insurance, you can use all the medical services and cover from day one, except:

Hospitalisation and surgical procedures (including prostheses): 6 months

Biomechanical gait analysis: 6 months

Childbirth (except for premature births): 8 months

Transplants: 12 months
Modalities
The excess is the amount that the insured person must pay for healthcare cover, while DKV bears the rest of the cost.
Choose between three available modalities:

No excess: the insured person does not have to pay anything when using the healthcare services.

With an excess of €600: the insured person must pay the first €600.
-
With an excess of €1,200: the insured person must pay the first €1,200.
Any insurance policy must start with a commitment
Terms and conditions of the contract
The highest in the market. Until the age of 75.
We will not cancel the contract if you have been with us for three years.
7% discount if you are 4 insured persons, or 12% if you are 5 or more.
7% disc. for yearly payment, 4.6% for half-yearly payment and 2.8% for quarterly payment.
