Documents that are delivered when you take out an insurance policy
The general and particular terms and conditions, your DKV MEDICARD card and information about the medical directory or "DKV Network of Healthcare Services". The insured person must check that all their personal details are correct and have been updated. If this is not the case, they must contact DKV Insurance to make any necessary amendments.
Once the information indicated in the above paragraph has been received, the insured person must sign the particular and general terms and conditions, save a copy of them and send DKV Seguros the other copy.
By submitting the duly signed insurance contract documents and paying the initial premium, you agree to enter into the contract.
Even if a start date is stipulated in the particular terms and conditions, the policy will only enter effect when the requirements to sign the contract and pay the premium have been met.
