Is there a limit to the use of dental treatments? 

No. We have removed the limits for treatments, and you will never need to take any kind of authorisation with you. 

Can I start using the dental insurance immediately?

Where can I see the DKV dental centres?

No, as an individual, you cannot deduct your dental insurance. Only companies, self-employed workers and employees who have a collective dental insurance taken out by their company can do so. 

Is dental insurance deductible? 

In the DKV Dentisalud Élite modality, amalgam or composite fillings (with or without pulp capping) are free of charge for children under 15 years of age after a waiting period of 3 months. 

Are fillings free? 

Yes, DKV has a reimbursement dental insurance policy specifically for companies and groups of over 20 people that provides access to any non-affiliated centre or specialist.  

Does DKV have dental insurance with reimbursement?

How do I take out the dental insurance?

Your cover will become effective as soon as the first premium has been paid and you receive the policy and card. 

When will I be able to use my dental insurance? 

DKV Seguros will directly pay the dentist for the services provided in your visits, and you will have to directly pay for dental treatments or services that are not free of charge. See all our excess amounts here

Does it cover orthodontics? 

Yes, your orthodontist will assess whether it is the most suitable treatment based on the diagnosis. 

Does the dental insurance offer the Invisalign treatment?  

Yes, your chosen orthodontist will conduct an assessment and diagnosis to continue with the orthodontic treatment. 

If I am wearing orthodontics, can I follow the treatment?

Does the dental insurance cover endodontics? 

Yes, the dental insurance has no age-based limits or differences. 

Can the dental insurance be taken out for people over 65?

The insurance policy is renewed automatically, for annual periods or calendar years, unless the policyholder notifies in writing the cancellation thereof at least one month before the contract expires.

Dental insurance with no term commitment, how long is the duration of the contract? 

Caring about your loved ones' dental health won't cost you a thing. If you have children under the age of 14, their cover will be completely free if they are insured with you. No other company offers free insurance up to that age!
