What are Terms and Conditions?
It is a contract that includes the rights and obligations of DKV and the insured party or policyholder. It is also called “General Terms and Conditions” and “Special Terms and Conditions”.
From when can I use my dental insurance?
You can use your insurance the day after you take out the policy, that is, from the first day it becomes effective.
Is there a limit to the use of dental treatments?
No. We have removed the limits for treatments, and you will never need to take any kind of authorisation with you.
Can I go to any clinic and dentist I want?
You will have more than 2,000 highly experienced dentists and 970 dental clinics at your disposal throughout Spain. In addition, you have access to 22 own centres. With the DKV Health Spaces, you will find the highest standards of dental care close to you, with spacious, welcoming and state-of-the-art clinics and services.
