If you have already decided to change to DKV, we will help you change insurer.
You are free to change insurer during the month of January. If you want to do so at another time, it must be for the following reasons: transfer or change of address to another province.
If you would like to make the change online, go to Muface's e-Office. You can also process it manually; see the steps to follow here.
Select the option "Ordinary change of health provider" and follow the steps to complete and send the Ordinary Change Form.
To perform the change via the internet, you must use the access mechanisms provided by the Cl@ve platform.

You will be able to contact a doctor by phone, video call or chat. You can enjoy virtual consultations with medical specialists, as well as chat with your health coach to improve your lifestyle. Getting a first medical opinion has never been so easy. From the app, you will also be able to store your health documents (reports or tests) and use them in virtual consultations, as well as hold sessions with a psychologist by using the "take care of your mind" service.
