DKV Group provides editorial and audiovisual content via its profiles that it considers to be of general interest. In most cases, the author of this material is the company, which makes it available to the public to be used and shared. When the content is the work of other authors, these authors are always cited.
 

One of the objectives of the DKV Group is to promote a healthy lifestyle. For this reason, many of the contents are connected to the subject of health. The company commits itself to offering useful and quality information from reliable sources. This information, however, should never be taken as a substitute for a doctor's instructions or advice from a specialised professional. We recommend that, in the case of health issues, you always consult a medical practitioner and follow his/her instructions.
 

Opinions expressed by third parties on the websites linked to DKV's profiles are not necessarily endorsed by the DKV Group.

Replies

The DKV Group profiles are an open space for two-way communication between the company and its followers. However, we remind our followers that their comments and opinions are open to all followers and online browsers, so it is not advisable to provide personal details.

 

When policyholders make a query related to their insurance or their health, the company will try to respond through the private messaging service of each social network, and in accordance with the law on data protection. In the event that it is not possible to resolve a query or answer a question, the user will be provided with channels that can guarantee data privacy and security.

 

The company reserves the right to remove comments published on its social profiles that it considers defamatory, offensive, malicious or which contain inappropriate language. Messages that advertise products or services unrelated to the company will also be removed.

Privacy

As previously indicated, comments posted on the DKV Group profiles are on display to the general public; the company cannot rectify, modify or delete them (except in those cases described in the 'Replies’ section) at a later time. Therefore, the user should understand the privacy policies of each network and assume responsibility for his/her comments, information and data posted thereon.

 

At the DKV Group, we recommend that our followers protect their privacy and the privacy of others by abstaining from including personal information in their comments. Likewise, we do not recommend sharing material that is related to the matters being discussed, since it could contain personal data.

Security

DKV group wishes to remind its users that the information posted on social networking sites is stored on servers belonging to each one of those platforms. In most cases, these servers are located outside of Spain and, therefore, are not subject to Spanish jurisdiction.

 

Any links published on the DKV Group profiles that do not refer to a DKV website or DKV document may be broken, obsolete or outdated, without the company being able to intervene.
