How can I change the current account for invoice payments?

When requesting your reimbursement, you can select the account or edit it and add a new one. This change will only apply to the requested reimbursement.

In account holder you can choose any of the policy's beneficiaries and their personal current account.

If you want to change the account permanently for the beneficiary, provided that you are of legal age, you can do so by submitting a request by email to your branch or agent, attaching a copy of your National ID and the current account required changing.

DKV accepts accounts from SEPA countries, so you can also benefit from this option if you have accounts in countries within this zone.
