DKV has taken an active stance on the situation in Ukraine and is offering its support to ensure the wellbeing of volunteers and host families of Ukrainian refugees.
DKV joins forces with Fundación Salud y Persona, an expert organisation in the field of emotional health and well-being, with the aim of providing psycho-social support over the telephone.

A free helpline has been 900494279 This support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for volunteers from social organisations that are currently providing aid to Ukrainian refugees in Spain, as well as to host families.

Vídeos de formación
We offer a social and psychological support platform This includes training videos for volunteers and families hosting refugees from the war in Ukraine.
Those interested need only complete a registration process and fill in a questionnaire to ensure that the provisions of the service have been understood.
Guide to emotions for children
We have also designed a guide aimed at children to help them express their feelings. A guide which sets out and explains 8 basic emotions in both Spanish and Ukrainian.
